Cullinan West is the very first project we collaborated with Sun Hung Kai Properties. Through the joint efforts with our partner, we successfully delivered 3 complete set of furniture solutions for 1172 units across 3 phases of this development within just 2 years.

In line with Sun Hung Kai’s focus on the high-end position of the project, target market analysis, and integration of trending design elements, we developed 3 distinct product series for each phase of the project, based on the design keyword “Diamond Brilliance”. Leveraging our fully in-house production capabilities, we utilized varying metal fittings, wood finishes, and color schemes to create a modern luxury style with diverse yet unified designs across the product range.

The success of the Cullinan West project marked our entry into the large-scale project sector. Over the next five years, we established partnerships with major developers including Sun Hung Kai Properties, Kerry Properties, and Lujiazui Group, delivering furniture solutions for more than 5,000 units across various mid-to-high-end residential and hotel projects.
